Shipping & Returns

We strive to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, typically all orders are shipped the next business day. Our service is available Monday to Friday. If we do not have the item in stock, we will manufacture it in the upcoming 2-3 weeks. If such a case arises, we will inform the you via email.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the buyer's location. For international orders, please allow additional time for delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, Customers are responsible for shipping their own returns at their own expense. Please contact us for a return authorization before sending any items back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Custom taxes and duties

The Timeless Oak operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fee’s, brokerage fees or other additional charges have to be paid by the customer upon delivery of your order.

Contact your local customs authority for more information.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to The Timeless Oak due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or chosen carrier. Any postal charges, returned shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deducted from any due refund or exchange request.
